Upstate Chiropractic

Today's Doctor of Chiropractic is well educated. After completing the same undergraduate study that other types of doctors get, chiropractic doctors receive still another 4-years of postgraduate college education. Before practicing, they pass a rigorous National Board Examination and meet stringent licensing requirements. To keep up with the latest research, doctors attend seminars, scientific symposia, and read professional journals.

Chiropractors perform spinal examinations to detect and locate vertebral subluxations in your body, then correct them by giving chiropractic spinal adjustments. This reduces or relieves your spinal nerve stress and helps restore optimal body functioning for higher resistance to disease, which, we cannot overstate, is the best defense against the common cold.

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Eric E. Croucher

I obtained my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1991 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. I opened Upstate Chiropractic here in Baldwinsville, NY in July 1, 1991. I chose this area because it offered the type of community of which I have always wanted to live. The attention to closeness and caring for the family unit is obvious here. I have been very active in the community of Baldwinsville, as a member of Rotary, as well as the Chamber of Commerce. I am involved in several chiropractic organizations on the local, state and national levels and have served as the president of the New York Chiropractic Association and as a member of the House of Delegates. I have also served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Palmer College Alumni Association. I regularly attend clinical conferences and seminars to keep abreast on the latest advances in chiropractic.

My children Ryan and Allison and my wife Rebecca are my true passion in life. I greatly enjoy playing basketball in the local men's league and I have sponsored several teams. I lift weights and run early each morning to help me stay fit and I play golf every chance I get. If you would like to send Dr. Eric an email, please click here.

Dr. Randal R. Boivin

I received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic (Davenport, IA) in October 2000.   My matriculation through Palmer was one of the greatest experiences of my life from both an educational and personal standpoint.   I owe my inspiration for becoming a chiropractor to Dr. Eric Croucher and I am truly fortunate to practice alongside him today.   I am a Baldwinsville native and I sincerely enjoy and cherish the opportunity to practice in my hometown.   I am a member  of the New York Chiropractic Council, Baldwinsville Rotary Club, Baldwinsville Community Scholarship Committee, as well as, the Canisius College CNY Alumni Chapter (B.A.; 1995).  I enjoy attending chiropractic seminars to enhance my "continuing education" and enrich myself for the benefit of my patients. I live in Baldwinsville with my wife, Stephanie, and our son, Drew.
