Next to me is my wife Kelly and that's our daughter Charlotte when she was a baby. I first met Kelly on a blind date about 8 years ago. I was extremely impressed with her beauty and her personality but mostly her commitment to health and fitness. Our daughter Charlotte was only a week old in that picture. How we got a 7-day old baby to wave is beyond me! But she has amazed me every day since. We live a healthy, energetic life that is free of the typical pain drugs, cold medications and antibiotics that most people use…and yet we're very healthy. But my life wasn't always that way.
